Service Access & Scope

FarmFriend-Terminal orchestrates natural-language farm automation workflows. We deliver insights, demos, and pricing details through this static site, and we coordinate pilots or deployments after you get in touch via the contact page. Deliverables beyond the demo rely on the specific pilot or subscription agreement you sign with Desmond Digital Services.

Deployment Variants & Local Inference

LLM inference that powers FarmFriend-Terminal may run on cloud infrastructure maintained by our team, however many deployments let you run portions—or the entire stack—on local models you host on-site. You choose whether to keep inference within your own hardware or to trade some latency for managed services. Local setups reduce shared telemetry and align with stricter privacy policies, but performance and hardware investments (GPUs, storage) are your responsibility.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate farm information when booking a walkthrough and keep credentials (API keys, device passwords, etc.) secure.
• Operate the platform in compliance with applicable laws; do not use FF-Terminal for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or brute-force campaigns.
• Maintain any local or third-party hardware used for LLM inference, sensors, or gates; Desmond Digital Services is not liable for hardware failures, even if they affect automation performance.

Liability Disclaimer

You acknowledge that using FarmFriend-Terminal (including any scripts, local models, or automation workflows we demonstrate) is voluntary. Desmond Digital Services provides the software and guidance “as is” without warranties of any kind. If you choose to deploy the assistant on your farm, you accept all responsibility for operational decisions, farm safety, and related liabilities. This includes liability for misuse, unintended automation actions, or damages resulting from hardware failures or misunderstood prompts. Any supplemental insurance or legal cover is your responsibility, and we recommend reviewing your farm’s risk plan before enabling any automation features.

Intellectual Property & Content

All written content, graphics, and source files on this site remain the property of Desmond Digital Services unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or redistribute marketing materials without written permission. If you share automation scripts or ideas during engagement, they become part of the mutual agreement defined in your pilot or subscription documentation.
