Information We Collect

• Contact form entries (name, farm details, email, phone) submitted through the Contact page; we keep only what is necessary to respond to your inquiry.
• Technical metadata such as IP address, browser, and referral page for the purpose of keeping the site secure and stable.
• Optional analytics data via hashed page views; we do not combine analytics data with contact form submissions unless you explicitly opt in during an engagement.

How We Use Your Data

We use the data you supply to reply to questions, schedule demonstrations, and prepare pilot quotes. We may also use aggregated data to improve site content, but we never resell your contact information. Any LLM inference that touches your farm data happens inside the deployment option you choose—cloud-hosted models under our control or local models that you run for tighter privacy. Your choice of deployment governs whether inference telemetry stays within your hardware or is shared with Desmond Digital Services.

Local vs. Cloud Inference

Some agents of FarmFriend-Terminal run on Desmond Digital cloud infrastructure for convenience and performance. Other customers opt to run the inference stack locally on on-premise hardware (LLM inference, orchestration, and integrations). Running locally keeps prompts, telemetry, and automation logs within your network, but you are responsible for the associated hardware, energy, and maintenance costs. When you move data between local and cloud deployments, you control what moves and how long it is retained.

Cookies & Third Parties

We set only essential cookies needed for navigation and accessibility. When you interact with external CDN-hosted resources (fonts, scripts, animations) or schedule through third-party calendaring, those partners may collect limited metadata under their own policies. We encourage you to review their policies if you follow links or embeds to their services.

Retention & Security

Form submissions remain in our inbox for no longer than 2 years unless you request earlier deletion; analytics data is purged after 90 days. We use standard security practices to keep data secure and rely on HTTPS for every page. If you prefer to keep all correspondence encrypted, you may choose to communicate over the encrypted channels listed on the Contact page and clarify your preference when you reach out.
